Has this helped anyone NOT running SLI that had issues on Vista before?

you mean .7z?

you need either winrar 3.6 and later or 7zip

Thanks, sorry, I figured out it was Winrar I needed. This is still a fairly fresh vista install.

Just tried the updates, got 60-80% performance decrease in 3DMark2005 and games I tried. Pretty much turns all 3D into a slide show for me. Attempting uninstall now.

Athon 3800+ 2gb, Geforce 7800GTX, Vista 32.

Edit: Uninstalled successfully, performance back to normal. BTW, load times increased massively as well before, also back to normal. Would be interested to hear how it performed for other people.
