Question How to test SLI?

Is there a simple addon like --sli=auto or something I can add to sh NVIDIA-xx-blah so it automaticly adds SLI on the install? Or do I have to configure it later after I install? If so how do I put the "extras" in for SLI and performance tweaks?

Thanks for looking

Try with
Code:
nvdia-xconfig --sli=Auto
as described in both, the Readme-File and the Advanced Help of nvidia-xconfig (available with
Code:
nvidia-xconfig -A
)...If you use openSUSE and sax2 is making trouble (e.g.not starting) try
Code:
sax2 -r -c0 -m 0=nvidia
or if your Monitor is connected to the second card:
Code:
sax2 -r -c1 -m 0=nvidia
best regards,
Tom

Thanks for the reply... can anybody tell me how to test SLI in Linux? I'm rather discouraged because I just tried CS:Source and got a whooping 1.52fps ... yes 1.52 fps.

I'm thinking SLI Geforce 6800 GTs should do a lot better than 1.52 fps. It could just be my Xconf file.. Anyone know? It looks fine to me but I've never done SLI till now.

Code:
glxinfo | grep direct
What does it output? Is the SLI running correctly (check the Xorg.0.log file)?
