Had a quick look on google but cant find anything relevant.
My problem is that I ask for 1.47v and I get 1.42v. Im not sure what kind of impact this has but it is sure annoying. Some times the drop is even higher ![]() Can I solve this? (is it vdrop they are refering to. Apparently I need some sort of fix. :S ) cheers |

you'll get vdrop on almost any mobo you buy, some worse than others. It is just something you put up with unless you mod your mobo. Sucks

Yes this is normal with most, if not all boards. I have to say though my Asus P5K has very little vdrop. A dream to own

![]() To the OP: It's called "v-droop" and happens when the board loses voltage when a load is placed on it. There's really no cure for it aside from occasional do-it-yourself mods. I know that the P5B Deluxe has this with a quad until you mark over one of the regulators with a #2 pencil.
