I read some help somewehere on nvidias homepage, where they recommended to boot with "PCI=nommconf" if you where excepting stability issues. I have tried and so far it look more stable

After testing with the PCI=nommconf I figured out there was a little improvement of stagbility, but not 100%. My soulituin in the meantime was to downgrade to the previous Nvidia-driver. I still boot up with the PCI=nommconf flag, but I think I don't have to anymore and my computer now run perfect.
