I'm having so much fun playing this game. Lots of strategy and teamwork. The visuals are just awesome and performance is better than the demo. Some of the maps just look spectacular.

Hey, you go have a look at the Halo 3 site and tell me you would get caught up in the hype if you owned a 360.

just got this today, it really pretty cool. The departure from resource gathering is a breath of fresh air, and the game isnt a push over because of it. The game continuously spawns its own resources and you need to push against it. The only thing I was getting lost on is collecting my forces from the drop zones. Its easy to summon a force and then forget about it when it finally arrives 30 seconds later. I also really like how allied forces play a huge roll in the game, most of the time they will back you up on a capture point you just got, so theres no need to micromanage a continuous defense of previous capture points.
Performance wise the game has been smooth as silk on my comp (specs below), and I'm pretty surprised at how detailed things can be when zoomed up. It definetly does a better job then company of heros did.

just tried the demo..wow this game is the new graphics postergame but meh! the game blows. Its a misnomer calling this a strategy game, its more the lack of and the fast pace throws out any chance of planning anything. Wonder if I should get it for the multiplayer or wait for it drop to the bargain bin....

why do people think theres no strategy? You are quite limited into how many points you can have "on the field" at the same time. This means you need to first stratigise if you are going to want a mostly offensive mobile unit, or one that supports others (Your humvees can heal ally units too). This is actually VERY KEY in multiplayer! You don't get enough points in multiplayer to conjure up some huge army, and to build both a big enough offensive, and then a support team to keep them up, isn't going to be doable with one person alone. Generally you will need one person on offensive, others on support, and if theres enough of you, have someone play "heal bot". As IGN put it, its like Battlefield, the RTS.
If you don't play with a strategy, you WILL get owned.

I simply can't get enough of this game. I'm currently ranked 743 out prolly about 100,000 however many play on line. I'll be in top 100 soon without a doubt. I kill at this game.
