I don't think that the high scores have been bought. But there's no doubt that they're biased, the scores are generated by humans afterall. Everybody is going to play it, just like Halo 1 and 2, and the reviewers are feeling that and rating it higher. I bet at the end of the year Halo 3 won't win game of the year (even with a "perfect" score), but it'll probably win multiplayer game of the year just because it's Halo.

played it through on normal and didn't really get much out of the experience. Now playing through on legendary and the experience is incredible. The battle's are intense and you have to take advantage of the powerups or that's it. Can't wait for them to open up multiplayer.

Ahh to be a biased turd!
Halo 3 is good no matter how you look at it, no it definetaly isn't ground breaking but it's hard to rate a game poorly that is still so much fun to play even with the flaws. I have major complaints about BioShock and GoW but they were still great to play. That's were the reviews are coming from. Any way, no matter what some people think I'm really hyped!
