Freeze with 8500GT and 100.14.19

hi, i have this freeze problem since i bought 8500gt
i generated nvidia-bug-report.sh few hours before freeze, meaby you will find something interesting.
Best way to freeze system is play in cs:source for about 30 min -3 hours
(this is not overheating, or my computer confuguration, i can assure that this is only because of this beta driver and 8500gt !)

motherbard p5n-e (newest bios)
cpu e4300

today i borrow 6600gt card and i am usting 1.0.9639 and no any lockups !!

is there any chance to help this issue? or meaby you know how to repair this bug ?
because i decided that i will buy 7600gs and use older (stable) nvidia driver

P.S
meaby this issue have something to do with this extended 256mb
because this card have 256mb own memory, and another 256 can use from system memory ???
