Default HD 2900Pro Benchmarks.

http://pclab.pl/art28806-3.html

Not a bad card. The card is more less a 2900XT that after overclocks from both cards comes in about 50Mhz~ slower core. Would be better then the 8800 GTS 320 for games like Crysis and other new games because of the 512mb. For $250 starting price looks like a good deal.

Probably what they should have released in the first place, or sold the XT for much less.

I think more folks would have been open to a 250usd card that performs like that.

The Pro is a really nice card. Are there any OC results on the web?

That won't make sence, then the ATi card still performs better. If NVIDIA really want to do something, they should lower the prices of both 8800GTS cards.
And then I don't mean 10 euro, but much more.

Get one while you can

R600 based Radeon HD 2900PRO and 2900GT cards are going to be very limited product. ATI and all of its partners decided not to ship the review samples simply because this product has a rough two months to live until the replacement part arrives.

RV670 is just around the corner and it should be ready for November launch and this chip is definitely a better choice for a mainstream card as it will be smaller and cooler.

The HD 2900PRO sounds like a great card for not so much money but it doesn't looks its really available at many places.

Yep. $380 card for $270. Too bad they wont have many of them. If anyone is planning on getting one of these cards they better get it now.

There are a lot of those cards in stock here, so I don't know about that.
