Default Updating to 100.14.19 driver causes massive screen corruption on 3840x2160 screen

We were a bit annoyed with the bug randomly swapping odd and even
pixels in the older drivers.

http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=96054

But updating to 100.14.19 causes massive screen corruption and
it's totally unusable. Reverting to 100.14.11 fixes this, but then
we are stuck with the 50% chance of the screen looking bad, but
that we can work around at least.

To describe what the corruption looks like, it's as if every other
line either gets shifted up on the first screen, and down on the second.
I'll take a picture and upload later tonight.

Some of the artifacts are probably created by the screen itself cause
it's very picky about what you send it, but as I said, it was working
with the 100.14.11 driver.
