Yup, I just checked at CircutCity and BB and CompUSA and came up empty. Tomorrow I guess.

I checked local Fry's and EB and they haven't received it yet... they also checked their shipping orders and couldn't determine when it would arrive.

Have fun. It's not the Super Hornet though.

That's okay with me. I've been looking for any fighter jet with a good ****pit and nothing so far can compare to the visual quality of the official models. Using the TrackIR I look around the ****pit allot, I'll be pulling 8Gs as soon as I can find this dang thing.

Great shot from Mango @ FSW.

Well I found it in Stock at my local Best Buy... seems like EB and Game Stop gave up on carrying PC games in their store inventory. But even Best Buy puts the PC game section way in the back ... I feel like I'm going into the adult only section in a video rental store.

Anyway, I am happy to have finally tracked it down and will be enjoying it tonight ....

sillyeagle none of the shots in that monster thread about acceleration seem to suffer from the lod radius problem u described. the textures all look rly sharp even on the shots that arent zoomed out

Which is why i posted a question in that thread for mango and cell asking if the blurries had been fixed in SP2 (because i 2 thought there shots looked to clean.....)but as you can see my question was totally ignored by both of them

i guess because (as many ppl at AVsim are posting)sp2 does'nt fix the blurries at all & it seems (tome atleast) that cell and mango have really overhyped the product & basically deceived ppl by posting such crips shots, keeping ACES sweet so theyt can remain beta testers...i hope im proved wrong and all the ppl bitching at Avsim just have'nt setup there systems verywell but i dout it......

Yeah unfotunatly I'll have to uninstall Acceleration and will not be able to use it, which really sucks as I was so excited to get it. Just like with SP1, textures simply do not load for me, and of course when I uninstall it, everything works fine. I spent a few days trying everything I could after SP1 came out with no results. I could try a format, but I know others have done that with no results. Seems the issue is a mystery to everyone.

I never had the problems with the blurries and the only differences are our CPUs and mainboards. I don't get it. If by any chance you didn't uninstall it yet, can you post a screenshot of the issue?
